This page displays charters that we have currently scheduled. This information is displayed real-time from our computerized reservation system. Although these dive trips change by the minute, this can act as a guide to better aid you in booking your charters. All the scheduled charters are started by divers, like you, wanting to dive a specific site on a specific date. If you do not see a charter to a dive site or in a time slot you are looking for, give us a call. With the flexibility of Aquatic Safaris boats, chances are we can accommodate you.

Charter Policy:

Reservations: Reservations will be accepted and secured with an valid credit card. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Charter Minimums: On the 36' ASII we must have 12 passengers to run the charter. On the 48' ASI we must have 12 people to run the charter.
Dive Site Destination Change: If the weather does not permit a dive charter to a scheduled off-shore site (>25miles) and a more in-shore dive charter is possible to at least 18miles, the charter will run to the alternate location. The customer will be charged for the actual dive site.
Cancellation Policy: Your cancellation policy is based on your group size and destination and is specified in your confirmation email. There is no charge if you change your reservation before your cancellation date. If you cancel your charter reservation or decrease your group size inside the cancellation policy, you are fully responsible for the charter spot(s) unless we can rebook your spot(s) with another diver.
Charter sites further than 25 miles off shore add 5 days to the cancellation period.
Group size 1-5: There is no penalty for cancellations received by noon 5 days prior to departure.
Group size 6-11: There is no penalty for cancellations received by noon 7 days prior to departure.
Group size 12-15: There is no penalty for cancellations received by noon 14 days prior to departure.
Group size 16 or more: There is no penalty for cancellations received by noon 21 days prior to departure.
We cannot guarantee sea conditions or visibility. We will make every effort to get you to the chosen site, however the captain has the right to change the destination or the number of dives for the safety of the passengers and vessel. If an alternative dive site is chosen, divers will be prorated to the destination. Divers who fail to dive due to seasickness or other causes (no show, equipment issues, etc) are responsible for the cost of the charter. There is no charge if we must cancel for any reason, such as weather conditions. Cancellations are not accepted over email or voice mail- they must be done with Aquatic Safaris staff over the phone.
Charter NO SHOW: If you no show for a charter, you are responsible for the cost of the charter + 15% crew tip. Also, if you rented tanks there is a $10/tank transportation fee for lugging your tanks to the boat and back.
Equipment: Charter prices include boat transportation only. Divers are responsible for providing their own equipment or can make arrangements with us for rental gear. Rental tanks and/or weights you reserved for your charter will be on the dive boats. All other rental gear is to be picked up/returned to the Aquatic Safaris dive shop. The shop opens at least one hour before the charter if you need to pickup rental gear.
SMS Text Messages: By providing us with your mobile phone number and carrier, you consent to us texting you updates on charter status, departure time changes, availability changes, etc.
Certification cards: SCUBA Certification will be verified on the boat by the crew. Unless you are Jacques Cousteau, you will not be allowed to dive without a certification card or e-card. No exceptions! If you show up without SCUBA cert verification, you will still be responsible for the cost of the charter and may ride on the boat.
